These terms cover your use of idst.org and taking part in IDST! projects you sign up for through it. By using the site you accept them. Last updated: October 2026.

Who we are

idst.org is run by IDST!, an Invisible Theatre company based in the West Midlands.

Using the site

• You may look around, share links and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Please don't misuse the forms, try to break the site, or copy its words, images, footage or code without asking.
• Everything on the site (text, images, footage, sound and design) belongs to IDST! or the artists we work with, unless we say otherwise.

Taking part

• Signing up as a mystery shopper, or to anything else, is voluntary and free. You can change your mind at any time and ask us to remove your details.
• Our work happens in ordinary public places. We plan every performance with care for everyone's safety and wellbeing, and nobody will be asked to do anything they don't want to.
• This is an arts project, not a retail job. Nothing will be sold to you, and taking part doesn't create any employment.
• You must be 18 or over to sign up.

How we collect and use your details is explained in our privacy policy.

Links and availability

We link to other websites in good faith but aren't responsible for them. We try to keep the site running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using the site, as far as the law allows.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
